By popular demand! A simple recipe for making Angel Cookies.

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
Put sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla in a bowl and beat until creamy. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Set oven at 350 degrees. Roll out dough to 1/8-inch thickness, making sure you spread some flour down first. Cut the dough into angel shapes. Bake the cookies on a greased cookie sheet for 7-9 minutes. Now fix a glass of milk and enjoy the finished product.
